Our “Standardized Upfront Price Guide”
Our price guide covers roughly 95% of all routine plumbing service calls. It outlines exactly how much a given service should cost. This means that you will pay the same as your neighbor for the same service! When it comes to pricing we are upfront and transparent.
Is upfront pricing common?
You will search for a long time before finding another plumbing company that embraces this practice. Expect more from your plumbing service provider – don’t settle, demand good or even great value.
Typical pricing practices? Not here!
Like other licensed trades, the plumbing trade has also earned a poor reputation regarding their pricing practices. We believe that customers that are in the market for plumbing services are willing to pay a fair price for good professional service that remedies the problem. What customers do not appreciate, is the plumbing contractor that is an opportunist, who up-sells and tries to maximize profits at every turn.
Our plumbers do not practice this, because they must present our company’s “Standardized Upfront Price Guide.” Many costs are incurred by our company and our rates reflect the costs associated with our business.
These include but are not limited to the following:
- Insurance – property, liability, work vehicles, worker’s comp., etc.
- Acquisition and maintenance of trucks, equipment, tools, etc.
- Licensing and specialized training
- Mortgage on office and warehouse
- Advertising and marketing
- Taxes – property, business and employer match
- Fully stocked trucks and warehouse
- Office, Administrative and Legal Help
- Office equipment, stationery and supplies
- Employee and office phones and utilities
- Continuing Education, Calibration of testing equipment, etc.
Thus, our labor rates have been determined in-house, based on market conditions, our unique expense structure and lower profit expectations.
